Introduction
These are the materials for Steering Group 2, which will be on November 18th.
Thank you again for all the work you have already done - and please be reassured: the topics to think about this time are much less chunky than last time.
These topics are:
- How to remove a Member
- Quora - Trustee meetings, Council meetings and AGMs/EGMs.
- Number of Trustee/Council meetings in a year
- Number of meetings can someone miss in a year before they have to leave the Board/Council
- The rules about terms of office for Chairs of Committees, and the Observer
- Maximum and minimum number of Trustees
- Gender-neutral pronouns
