We will need to make a series of decisions about what to recommend to the FICM Board.

Some of the decisions will be easy and some will be harder, requiring detailed discussion.

There is not necessarily a correlation between important and hard! Some important decisions will be very straightforward, because there is standard legal text ready to go (eg Trustee powers). And some comparatively easy decisions will feel disproportionately complicated (eg terms of office).
